Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. mpo39 will merge or close duplicate accounts, void any bonus balances held within them, and may suspend all accounts associated with the same individual.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real legal name, a valid email address, your correct date of birth, and a current Indonesian bank account or verified e-wallet that belongs to you personally. mpo39 does not accept third-party payment instruments — the name on your payment account must match the name on your mpo39 account.
• Username and password security: You are entirely responsible for the security of your account credentials. Choose a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. mpo39 will never request your password through any channel.
• Account activity responsibility: You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, including any bets placed or funds deposited or withdrawn, until you notify mpo39 of an unauthorised access event via live chat or email at [email protected].
• KYC verification: Before mpo39 processes your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC identity verification process by submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued Indonesian identification document (KTP or passport) and, where required, a document confirming your bank account ownership. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until KYC is approved.

mpo39 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

All deposits and withdrawals on mpo39 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform does not apply currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit in IDR is the exact amount credited to your game wallet.

Accepted deposit methods include bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Standard members: withdrawals processed within one to three hours of submission during operating hours.
• VIP Gold and Platinum members: withdrawals processed within 30 minutes during operating hours as a priority service.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering (turnover) requirement, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x). Bets placed at odds lower than the stated minimum, or on excluded game categories, do not count toward the wagering requirement.

All bets and game rounds placed on the mpo39 platform are final once confirmed. The following general rules apply across all product verticals. Product-specific rules — for sportsbook markets, live dealer tables, slot games, and togel draws — are published in the relevant help sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: mpo39 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes maximum payout limits per event, per market, or per Member at any given time.
• Obvious errors: If a bet is accepted as a result of an obvious error — including a clearly incorrect price, an incorrect event description, or a technical fault — mpo39 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's wallet. "Obvious error" will be determined at mpo39's reasonable discretion.
• Match-fixing and integrity: Placing bets on events that a Member knows, believes, or has reasonable grounds to suspect are the subject of match-fixing, result manipulation, or any other integrity violation is strictly prohibited. Such bets will be voided and the account referred to the relevant sports integrity authority.
• Automated betting: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated means to place bets is prohibited. mpo39 monitors betting patterns for automation indicators and will suspend accounts where automation is detected.
• Connection and technical issues: mpo39 is not responsible for internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or browser errors on the Member's side that interrupt a game session. In live casino and RNG games, the game server result is the authoritative record. In the event of a genuine platform-side fault, affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned.
• Togel draws: Togel results are determined by the official draw results of the relevant market authority (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Lotteries, or Macau lottery authority, as applicable). mpo39 publishes results promptly after official announcements. Any dispute regarding a draw result must be raised within 24 hours of result publication.
• Mix parlay accumulator bets: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are available on the mpo39 sportsbook. Standard accumulator rules apply — a void selection reduces the accumulator leg count; all other legs must win for the bet to pay out. • Losses resulting from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

mpo39 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Member request for self-exclusion or closure under the responsible gaming tools described in Clause 7.
• mpo39's determination that continued provision of Services to the Member would breach applicable law or regulatory requirements.

Upon account closure initiated by the Member (other than under a self-exclusion request), any real-money balance remaining in the wallet — net of pending bonus requirements — will be returned to the Member's verified payment account within five business days, subject to satisfactory KYC documentation being on file.

Upon account closure initiated by mpo39 for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds present in the account will be voided. Real-money balance treatment will be determined at mpo39's discretion in light of the specific circumstances, including whether any winnings derived from prohibited activity are present.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo39 is incorporated and licensed to operate as an international gaming platform.

In the event of a dispute between mpo39 and a Member that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation and the mpo39 internal dispute resolution process described below, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies specified under the applicable licence and regulatory framework.

Internal Dispute Resolution: Before escalating any dispute externally, Members are required to raise the matter formally with the mpo39 customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the disputed transaction or event, including the relevant bet ID, transaction reference, date and time (WIB), and a description of the issue. mpo39 undertakes to acknowledge formal dispute submissions within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five business days.

mpo39 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mpo39 will notify active Members via email to the address on their account and will display a prominent notice on the platform's login page for a minimum of seven days following the change.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the mpo39 platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure through the process described in Clause 11.
